In order to return & exhange your product first email us at custcare@sweetdream.com.my to receive a return merchandise authorization number. With the number, we will arrange own carrier or courier services to pick up from your registered address.
Please note that, in all cases, the online receipts or invoices showing proof of purchase is required. This policy is limited to 1 time return per household and it must be exercised no later than 30 nights upon the receiving date.
If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.
We offer free exchange for 1 time only (within west malaysia only). You’ll have to bear the cost for shipping any additional exchanges. Cost not over then RM400 and not less then RM160.

Any cost of returning the unwanted item to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to exchange for the items you want to exchange with same value.

Once we received the return, we will verify the return by conducting an evaluation within 3 working day starting from the day we received your return.
If your return is valid, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible to exhange to you a new same model product.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned to you. For the items to be returned to you, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
You can return the product, even if you assembled it, as long as it's in unused and re-saleable condition.
If the external packaging or boxes of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged:
Please have to checking the packing of boxes in good condition when delivery to your door step. If found any packing or boxes was damage, you can reject with courier service person and highlight the damage area before you sign receive.
The first step, you need to do is take photos of the damage area, all angles photo, and consignment slip photo as a record.
The second step, ask the courier person if he could wait for you to check the condition of the products. If the courier agrees, check the product and reject the package if it is damaged. You will need to take a photo of the parcel for claiming purposes later.
